About Performance Academy Of Dancing
Our Mission
At PAOD, we believe that dance is more than just a physical activity. It is also a form of art, expression, and communication. That’s why we teach our students not only the technical aspects of dance, but also the artistic, theoretical, and social aspects. We help our students discover their own unique style and voice, and encourage them to share it with others.
Our Classes
Our classes operate in compliance with Australian Teachers of Dancing (ATOD) and the State Dance Association (SDA). At PAOD we provide all-around training in Classical Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary Acrobatics, and Musical Theatre in age and skill groupings. Our classes integrate technique, theory , self-confidence, teamwork, and personal achievements.
What We Offer
At PAOD, we also offer our students various opportunities to showcase their talents and achievements. We organise annual concerts, recitals, and showcases, where our students can perform in front of their family and friends. We also participate in local and national competitions and festivals, where our students can compete and collaborate with other dancers.
